CconfortHotels R&B Cavour - SELF CHECK-IN

We booked this room with the expectations that the adverti*****t gives and they did not correspond to our accommodation. Of the 72 photos published, only one of them was of the room we stayed in (number 7) and our experience here was terrible: barely 10 square meters between the room and the bathroom and no window in any of the spaces, the buffet breakfast (which we were charged for) were two sachets of unpackaged chamomile, two soluble coffee, two sugar sachets with a single plastic cup placed on top of a small fridge and we didn't even have a nightstand to leave our things on. There was some sort of fake window (a frame with a handle) behind a cupboard that couldn't even be opened all the way, but it was nowhere near outside or an air duct but was there to cover what looked like plumbing/ cables. In the ad it said that it had a window. Every time someone entered the apartment we heard it (which was rare). The first night we spent there, we woke up at dawn to the crying of children and the conversations of others. The second time, after midnight, we began to hear loud screams and blows from a very aggressive man that lasted almost an hour. We thought he was breaking down the door. The contact with the manager of the accommodation, despite announcing that it was 24 hours a day, was non-existent since when we notified him of what was happening this last night (to take measures since we could not leave the room due to fear) while the problem was happening we only received answers automatic. A terrible experience.

Small room inside an apartment on the 8th floor, near the centre.. which can be accessed with a link or codes that open the various handles. The room was clean, with private bathroom, towels, large shower .. (in our room 7 there was no bidet). I knew of a small window .. but it is practically not usable, tiny and overlooks a duct with various pipes. No. 7 is not suitable for claustrophobic people. Everything else was ok, there was a TV in the room, a kettle and a minibar too.

It's in an extremely unsafe spot. Uncanny people walked towards us in front of the door. Don't pay attention to what it says hotel. They literally turned the rented rooms into hotels. The door lock was moving. It's very old inside. I definitely do not recommend it. It has nothing to do with the photos uploaded to the site.

All in all not bad, the only big problem is that there was no window in the room.

The room is located a stone's throw from the station and the center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The location is really convenient. The problem is that the room has no window and this is not very comforting. If you have to spend a few days it can be done.

It was nice that it was close to Termini station. Even with the windows closed, the outside noise is too loud. I couldn't sleep at night because I heard it. The staff are friendly and the morning breakfast is simple. I ate well.
